Founded in 2011, we're Houston's Most Creative Brewery. With creativity as our main goal, we subscribe to our own definitions regarding brewing parameters and guidelines, without sacrificing flavor or consistency.

We're a fast growing team, and we hold ourselves to exceptionally high standards. We work hard and move fast, which can sometimes be overwhelming. We like to say we're a banana factory run by a bunch of monkeys, so if you're a monkey who likes bananas, you'll fit in just fine!
